Show apartment completed at Wouldham housing development

Housebuilder Bellway has put the finishing touches to the first show apartment located at its latest development of new homes in Wouldham, Kent.

Bellway Kent has unveiled a two-bedroom show apartment at Buckland Rise, which is located just off Worrall Drive within the Peters Village consortium development.

The show apartment is a Type 1 design and one of just ten of this style being constructed at Buckland Rise across the Wells and Canterbury apartment buildings.

The new apartment joins a Rosewood showhome which opened at the development last year. Viewings of the show properties are currently strictly limited to appointments only.

Bellway is building a collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments at Buckland Rise.

The wider Peters Village development will, once complete, deliver hundreds of new homes to Wouldham as well as shops, a medical centre, a school, and a village hall with changing rooms to serve the nearby playing fields.
