Lysander Fields set to welcome first residents in the spring

The first homes at a new development being built on the former RAF Malling site are set to be completed this spring.
Following the successful launch of Lysander Fields last November, Bellway Kent has seen a continued high level of enquires and interest from prospective buyers.
One of the homes set to be completed in spring will be a three-bedroom showhome which will be able to view by appointment once it opens in the coming months.
All 70 homes at Lysander Fields will be sold privately. A total of 35 properties have already been released for sale and, due to the levels of interest and reservations being taken, Bellway will soon be releasing more homes.
Located off Park Drive, the Lysander Fields development is a part of the wider Kings Hill garden village which has been created on the former airbase.
