RLB shows growth strategy with new office in Cardiff
Leading independent construction, property and management consultancy, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) UK has announced the expansion of its service provision across the UK with the opening of a new office in the Creative Quarter, Morgan’s Arcade in Cardiff. Demonstrating the firm’s strategy of combining global best practice with local experts on the ground, the announcement reflects RLB’s success and growth that has seen an expansion of both its sector and service offering for clients.
The last 12 months has seen RLB successful in securing positions on a number of key multidisciplinary projects in Wales including Coleg Gwent Tai Calon housing scheme, Newport City Homes, Cardiff Metropolitan University and continue to deliver services for the Welsh Ambulance Service. The new Cardiff office serves an increased interest from both new clients and existing clients and will be headed up by RLB’s managing partner, Jackie Pinder.

We have been working in Cardiff on a number of projects across the Healthcare, Education, Local Authority, Residential and Retail sectors for a number of years and felt the time was right to extend our presence to the capital city. We want to continue to forge long term relationships with those locally within Wales as well as work with other clients investing in Welsh industry.”
