New homes taking shape on former Bellway offices site in Merstham
Construction work is progressing well at Bellway’s Sandstone Court in Merstham, where 33 new homes are being built on the site of the housebuilder’s former regional headquarters.
These photographs show how the Bell Apartments building is transforming the site off London Road North.
When complete, Sandstone Court will comprise a range of one and two-bedroom apartments, 23 of which are being sold privately, with a further 10 provided as affordable housing for local people.
The development is currently being marketed from Connells estate agents in nearby Redhill.
Bellway’s South London division was based at the site for 30 years before moving to new offices in Redhill in 2019.
