Construction starts at new Taylor Wimpey development in Newton
Construction work has officially started at The Grange, Taylor Wimpey’s development of 57 new homes in the village of Newton, Porthcawl.
The development will deliver a collection of three and four-bedroom properties that have been expertly designed to suit a wide range of buyers. With new footpaths and cycle links throughout the site and Newton Beach just half a mile away, The Grange is the perfect place for those who like to enjoy the great outdoors.
As part of the planning agreement with Bridgend County Borough Council, Taylor Wimpey is also investing over £83,000 in the local community. This includes a £75,450 contribution towards the improvement of off-site play areas, as well as £8,000 to fund local road safety measures for the wider public.
