Red Loft Appointed as Development Consultant for Transform Kingston Project
Property consultancy Red Loft has been appointed by the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames as development consultants on Transform Kingston, a major regeneration project set to refresh the town’s historic centre.
A long-term partnership, the project is set to span five years and will deliver significant new facilities for the area, as well as improving a number of the borough’s existing assets.
Red Loft’s expert team will initially provide development consultancy for the delivery of a brand-new community leisure and cultural development, located on the site of the former Kingfisher Leisure Centre. As well as boasting a new state-of-the-art leisure centre and swimming pools, this regeneration scheme will create a new cultural space by linking up the new building with the existing historic library and museum.
Providing essential support to the Council, Red Loft’s offering will include the preparation of viability assessments, cash flow forecasting, business case preparation and procurement advice.
