A new development of 226 homes in North Abingdon has opened its doors to visitors seeking a property in the area.
Situated on Dunmore Road, Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ Abbey Fields has a variety of two to five bedroom properties available to reserve following the launch of its temporary sales cabin.
Rob Allen, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We are delighted to announce that we have now released the first homes at our well-anticipated Abbey Fields development.
“With a wide range of properties available designed to benefit couples, working professionals, families and downsizers alike, there’s a home to suit everyone in this brand new community.”
With new show homes set to open in the summer, David Wilson Homes is building a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes at the development, and has recently released a variety of three bedroom Kennett and Parkin house styles, alongside four bedroom Hertford homes, with prices starting from £437,500.
Barratt Homes is also building a range of two, three and four bedroom properties at the development, and has now released a selection of four bedroom Hesketh and Kingsville style properties, alongside two bedroom Cavendish homes, with prices starting from £354,000.
Close to the A34, Abbey Fields is well-located and offers excellent transport links and good schools nearby.
Rob added: “The launch of the temporary sales cabin means that house hunters can now book an appointment with our sales teams to find out more about the new homes available.
“We would encourage anyone who is interested in the homes at Abbey Fields to get in touch without delay.”
