Marking Chancery Homes’ third acquisition since being established, the design-led development, Luna Place is due to launch this Spring, comprising 25 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Esher, Surrey, meeting industry demand for more high quality, accessibly priced housing. The scheme will be led by Octagon Interiors, with a Show Apartment due to open in Spring 2024.
Despite only launching in 2020, Chancery Homes already have several sites in the pipeline. Recent acquisitions across the South East will ultimately deliver over 100 apartments under the Chancery Homes brand in the next few years, marking a significant commitment by Octagon to the continued growth of the brand, with a vision of extending and diversifying their offering.
