Trimble MEP launches Total Estimating and Total Estimating+
Trimble MEP launches Total Estimating and Total Estimating+, all-in-one subscription packages for MEP estimators and project managers, combining Trimble solutions to perform estimates, takeoffs, and manage contracts, all in the cloud.
With the new release, Trimble MEP has bundled its existing estimation and contract management solutions, such as Enterprise Estimating, LiveCount, Contract Management, and LUCKINS, into two subscription packages that are hosted in the cloud. Total Estimating and Total Estimating+ (offering additional features for project managers) are providing a single point of access to the various modules. This results in a consolidated tech stack, easy to apply upgrades, and better collaboration and connectivity.
Receive Exclusive Access to Trimble’s Next Generation Product
With a subscription to one of the two Total Estimating bundles, users will also receive early access to Trimble’s next generation estimating software Estimation MEP Pro. Trimble’s Estimation MEP Pro represents the future of estimating software, offering fully integrated graphical takeoff, material pricing and labor, and a continuously expanding set of features.
“The way work gets done is evolving faster than ever, and to help our customers stay ahead we are focused on being able to support and quickly adapt. Our new, cloud-hosted estimating and project management bundles have set us up to do exactly that,” says James Hardwick, UK Sales Director for Trimble MEP.
“Our bundled packages include our proven estimation and contract management tools, along with next-generation software (Estimation MEP Pro), all hosted in the cloud. We have provided an intuitive, modern, and connected user experience that allows estimators to get back to winning and project managers to delivering well-managed projects. We can do this by leveraging the benefits of cloud technology to simplify workflows and provide flexible access – ultimately helping our customers stay one step ahead.”
In support of the entire plan, design and build lifecycle, Trimble offers a wide variety of interconnected solutions. One of these is the BIM platform Trimble Connect that facilitates interactive model sharing between various disciplines such as architects, designers, engineers and construction workers. Access to Trimble Connect Business Premium is included in both new Total Estimating subscription packages for easy model sharing, connectivity and communication between trades across phases, platforms and devices on a project.
